1-No whining. That means that unless an actual infraction of the rules took place, intentionally disrupting a thread will get you banned. Obnoxiousness is pretty much the only non-obvious thing which will not be tolerated. IF YOU DISLIKE THE CONTENT OF THE THREAD, USE THE HIDE BUTTON. 2-Nothing can be posted or discussed here that violates US law. No piracy, no CP, no recordings of actual rape, no actual bestiality (variations in state law aside), and, perhaps surprisingly to some of our userbase: no loli/shota. According to the PROTECT act, it is illegal. Regardless of the opinions of the staff of this site, it is not to be posted here. 3- Amateur pornography, or camwhoring, is strongly discouraged, but allowed for now. This is entirely due to far too many camwhores being underaged. If there is any indication found by staff that the pictures feature underaged models, the offending pictures will be deleted. Habitual offenders will be permanently banned. Do NOT assume a photo is safe to be posted based on it being acceptable on 4chan. 4-Posts must be within the scope of the theme of the board they are posted on and not blatant spam. The definition of spam is ambiguous in certain contexts, so this rule will be enforced only when there is little to no doubt that what was posted was, in fact, spam. 5-Threads must adhere to the topic expressed by the original poster. For example, if the OP makes a thread about "hentai pegging" in /femdom/, it would be inappropriate to post pictures of actual people engaged in ballbusting or something. Tl;dr: Stay on the topic the thread started out with. 6-Occasional non-porn but otherwise quality, relevant (to both the thread, and the board) posts are allowed. For instance, a sculpture of Starscream made out of Lego blocks posted in a "Transformers males" thread on /machine/ would be acceptable, even if it wasn't inherently pornographic (if it somehow IS a pornographic Lego sculpture of Starscream, you are awesome for posting it). Know that content such as this isn't the point of snailchan, though. 7-Check the DNP list before posting content to any board. If you'd like to have your content added to the DNP list, we can be reached at admin.snailchan@gmail.com or in #snailchan on irc.rizon.net. You'll need an IRC client for this. Don't spit a form letter at us or be obnoxious when you ask. We don't own what users post on the board and it wasn't our fault that they posted it, and we'll be glad to delete it and add you to the list. 8-This isn't exactly a rule, so much as a suggestion: If you are planning to use Rapidshare, please don't. Consider Mediafire, or something of similar quality. |

1-posts should feature machinery in an erotic context. this can include many things, ranging from a dildo attached to a linear motor doing...things to a woman/man; to erotic depictions of androids gynoids, cyborgs, and the like. please note that to at least some degree, a robot must be anthropomorphized. this isn't a board for inanimate object fetishism. it doesn't have to be as human-like as Motoko Kusanagi, but R2-D2 is probably pushing it unless you've somehow managed to find a really sexy astromech. if it's borderline, the worst you have to worry about is deletion, so don't be afraid to post, but if you're blatantly ignoring this rule, you may get banned. |

1-posts should feature "paper child" style papercraft, in the style of On or Sasaki Yukinojou. It doesn't necessarily have to be erotic. |

1-this board is for any and all things related to Doukutsu Monogatari, AKA Cave Story. It differs from the other boards in that it isn't really a board necessarily related to fetishes, but hey, if Cave Story is involved, feel free to post some weird Cave Story porn if you find it. |
